Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System adalah movie triology dari anime seri Psycho-Pass. Di setiap series nya akan menceritakan kejadian sebelum atau sesudah season 2 nya. Fokus cerita setiap movie juga berbeda-beda, case 1 akan fokus pada Mika Shimotsuki dan Nobuchika Ginoza, case 2 Teppei Sugo dan Tomomi Masaoka dan case 3 Shinya Kogami. Dan movie ini dibuat juga untuk menyambut musim ke 3 dari anime nya, rincian ketiga movie tersebut sebagai berikut :
1. Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.1 – Tsumi to Bachi (Crime and Punishment)
Pada musim dingin 2117, sebuah kendaraan lepas kendali menabrak Gedung Biro Keamanan Publik. Sopir diidentifikasi sebagai Izumi Yasaka, seorang penasihat psikologis di Sanctuary, sebuah Fasilitas Isolasi Kriminal Laten di Prefektur Aomori. Namun tepat sebelum interogasinya, Penegak hukum Mika Shimotsuki dan Inspektur Nobuchika Ginoza ditugaskan untuk segera mengawal Yasaka kembali ke Aomori. Apa yang menanti mereka di sana adalah Surga Palsu.
2. Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.2 – First Guardian
Apa yang sebenarnya terjadi selama Operasi Footstamp?
Pada musim panas sebelum Akane Tsunemori ditugaskan ke Divisi Satu dari Departemen Investigasi Kriminal Biro Keamanan Publik. Teppei Sugo, seorang pilot ulung dari Pasukan Tugas Terpadu ke-15 Angkatan Darat ke-15, bergabung dengan operasi militer di Okinawa. Tiga bulan kemudian, sebuah drone tempur tak berawak melepaskan tembakan ke Kementerian Pertahanan di Tokyo. Menyusul insiden di Uni Asia Tenggara (SEAUn) pada tahun 2116, Kougami Shinya melanjutkan perjalanan gelandangannya. Di sebuah negara kecil di Asia Selatan, Kogami menyelamatkan sebuah bus pengungsi yang diserang oleh pasukan gerilya bersenjata. Di antara para pengungsi adalah seorang wanita muda dengan nama Tenjin, yang memohon Kogami untuk mengajarinya cara membalas musuh. Apa yang dilihat gadis yang ingin membalas dendam dan pria yang membalas dendam saat mereka memandangi ujung dunia yang tidak ada jalan keluarnya?
