Beastars Di dunia yang dihuni oleh hewan-hewan antropomorfik, herbivora dan karnivora hidup berdampingan. Bagi para remaja di Cherryton Academy, kehidupan sekolah dipenuhi dengan canda tawa, romansa dan kegalauan.
Anime ini akan berpusat pada Legoshi, merupakan seekor srigala berwarna abu-abu. Dari penampilan luar nya dia terlihat sangat menyeramkan apalagi di kalangan herbivora. Tapi sebenar nya dia adalah srigala yang baik hati, bahkan diri nya bergabung dengan klub drama di sekolah nya. Pada suatu hari Legoshi berantam dengan temannya saat pemetasan sedang berlangsung. Hal tersebut membuat ketua klub drama Louis, marah besar pada mereka berdua dan kejadian itu juga membuat diri Legoshi menjadi tidak enakan.
