Koi Kaze bercerita tentang Saeki Koushirou bekerja sebagai wedding planner , tapi kehidupan cintanya sendiri berantakan . Latar belakangnya membuatnya sulit baginya untuk berkomitmen sepenuh hati untuk mencintai seseorang . Karena waktu kecilorang tuanya bercerai yang membuat mental dia untuk melajutkan hubungan yang serius pada seorang wanita agak sulit , setelah ortunya cerai dia tinggal bersama dengan ayahnya . Dan Ibunya mengambil adik perumpuannya , dia sudah bertahun-tahun tidak bertemu dengan mereka berdua .



Setelah di putuskan oleh pacarnya dirinya bertemu dengan seorang gadis SMA yang mengikat hati nya , dan hal terburuk pun terjadi . Ternyata gadis tersebut adalah adik perumpuannya yang tinggal bersama Ibunya karena suatu hal dia pun akan tinggal bersama dengan Ayahnya . Tapi walaupun seperti itu Koushirou masih ada suatu perasaan pada adiknya sendiri .
