B-Project: Kodou*Ambitious ceritanya mengikuti alur kehidupan Tsubasa , seorang karyawan baru di departemen A & R dari perusahaan rekaman besar Gandala Music . Tsubasa segera ditugaskan untuk mengawasi unit idola “B-PROJECT” , yang terdiri dari tiga grup idola : Kitakore , THRIVE , dan MooNs . Ini adalah pekerjaan pertama Tsubasa , dia pun banyak terlibat masalah karena setiap personil memiliki kepribadian nya sendiri-sendiri jadi dirinya harus menyesuaikan dengan setiap personil yang ada di group tersebut .
